Concrete repairing mortar

 

Description

A product based on cement, specific aggregates, additives which are used for repairing concrete surfaces and leveling different surfaces.

Dosage

With regard to the porosity and the unevenness of the beneath surfaces, the amount of dosage will be specified. However, for a common beneath surface, around 2 kilograms of this concrete is sufficient for 1 square meter with 1mm thickness.

 

How to use

Mix 4 to 5 kilograms of this powder with one liter of water in a mechanical mixer to obtain a homogenous paste. Then, rub the prepared mortar on the surface using a trowel.

Note1: the beneath surface must be clean and free from any dust or oil.

Note 2: use the paste less than 30 minutes

Note 3: the implementation process should be done with water or curing after the paste gets semi-dried.

Safety points

This powder contains no toxic materials. To avoid inhaling cement materials, use cloth mask.
